I am having a hard time doing 2 players on console when it says I can like in the campaign I try to do co-op but it doesn’t work and in war zone it won’t bring the person I want to join join my fire team but why? Can some one please tell me why?

Yeah, no split screen like the back of the box/ game app page states.

The guy has 2 posts on Waypoint and just wants to play with his friend. Why do you have to be a jerk about it? And people wonder why these forums are so toxic and even the devs post elsewhere… Get a life.

Can we PLEASE make a distinction between people that are looking for help like OP and complainers? Some people are simply too busy with RL and too casual of gamers to read the back of the game. They aren’t complaining! Stop bashing them over the head for their first post!

No. That all goes out the window since Josh Holmes announced splitscreen back in Jan-Feb.
I personally hate split screen, so this is a non-issue for me personally. That said, it’s a bit disappointing they didn’t include it. My kids love to play Halo games and them not being able to sit in the living room and goof around together is really bumming them out. Thankfully, we also have the MCC. 
Even though I never use split screen, but it should have been a feature for this game.

That is stupid. they should send out a update for split screen. all the other halo games have it. but this one does not!!! this makes old time player’s mad. it should be a split screen game. halo combat evolved/halo 2/halo 3/halo 4/halo reach/halo 3 O.D.S.T all have split screen. it’s a first person shooter game. I can see why halo wars dus not have it but this is out right stupid!!!

It was known even before launch… it says so on the box and on the screen before purchase. Yeah I can get why some would assume it’s available but should be lesson learned by vigilant and learn all you can before a purchase.

There should he no such thing as an assumption in a business deal aka buying a game. Its just stupidity or laziness not to. A company is going to try to get the most from you and you’ll try to get the most from them. You should ALWAYS do your research.
