Cant Connect To Xbox Live

Title says it all, when I try to go into the Social Menu it says: NOT CONNECTED TO XBOX LIVE - You are not connected to Xbox Live and will not be able to access this feature.

At first I thought it was my VPN, but i disabled it and did a full Steam restart (closing steam and reopening it) and I still cant find a game. I dont think this could possibly be a widespread issue because Steam is reporting like 8k players online. Any fix for this?

Update: I just thought to check my Xbox Game Bar, and when i hit Xbox Social it says Sign in to Xbox, but the button does literally nothing, not even an error pop up.

Update: Got it working. Had to restart my PC for some reason.
