I cannot connect to Xbox Live while playing Reach. This is the only game that won’t work. If I exit Reach and then start the Master Chief Collection or another game, it works fine. I assume this is due to backwards compatibility issues. I have tried to connect several times. I have also tired restarting the router, logging in and out again, resetting the Internet connection on the Xbox One, and restarting the Xbox One. Can anyone help? EDIT: Resolved, I plugged in a Ethernet cable form the xbox to the router.
If it’s only Reach exhibiting this behaviour then it’s likely because the emulator thinks you’re logged out of XBL since it’s looking at the 360 interface, not the Xbone interface.
Head into Reach and press the Menu and View buttons on your controller (the two circular ones in the center) simultaneously to bring up the emulator’s 360 dashboard. From there, log in to XBL as you would on your old 360. It might ask you to buy another Live membership or something like that but don’t worry. If that message comes up just cancel out into Reach and you should be good to go.
I am having the same problem. I have done all trouble shooting possible and have also put in a Ethernet cable and i still get the 8015190E code.
