cant connect to servers

First off sorry if this is posted in the wrong section

For a while now (more than a week i think) I have been unable to connect to the halo 4 server yet all my friends who do not live far away have no problem playing, it wont let me join with them. I keep getting a message " The Halo 4 servers are not available. Please try again later. Matchmaking has switched to using the default playlist. "

Ive tried resetting my network settings, as well as uninstalling the game data from my harddrive and then reinstalling the game, as well as deleting and re-downloading my profile. None of these worked, has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

you are in the same situation as me and some other people you are in the ‘‘jopper server’’ or faallback server if you prefer what i read about it is it should be solved soon pretty much all people who were in that situation were trapped in that server for 7-10 day let’s hope we can all play soon
