All me and my friend want to do is play a co-op campaign game on halo 2 and we cant see each other in the friends bar and cant connect to each other only through chat ius anyone else going though this or what? i know the multi player match makings down but thats not what im trying to do.

have you both installed the game fully? because i have but my friends still waiting on just the multiplayer to install whcich sholdnt be a problem as were just trying to p;lay halo 2 campaign. but just to check if that may be the issue
Yea this games basically unplayable rightnow ,unless your doing just single player campaign, cant invite friends or matchmaking or anything
