Every time I try loading up my game I get a message on my screen that says “Attention, unable to connect to the Lobby Service”. I’m also getting another one where the game says it’s unable to sync my profile with the game. My internet is fine and I am connected to xbox live. And its only allowing me to play solo campaign by myself. Are these server issues, or is there a solution to all of this nonsense? Someone please help.
I have this same issue, I called Xbox Live support they were no help. They just said there are “issues” and they are working on it. I asked if there was anything I could try to fix it, they said hang tight.
I was able to fix my issue, I had Red triangles on everything multiplayer. I disconnected my wired internet and reset the xbone console. Then connected to wireless, and all the red triangles are gone. I can now play multiplayer games. If you look the MAC address for wired and wireless is different. Maybe that’s the issue. Xbox live or something is looking for a certain MAC. I did nothing else but these steps. I even plugged the wired connection back in and it still works. Beyond weird and pretty lame if you ask me!!
