Can't connect to multiplayer on MCC?

Is anybody else experiencing this? Everytime I try to connect to multiplayer for the last 2 days it has given me a message saying that I basically have no Xbox Live privillidges although i’m both connected to the internet (i’ve tested my connections multiple times) and a Gold member (I have also double-triple checked this).

Hoping that 343 can shine some light on the matter???

Live has been acting weird after the hack. Could still be aftermath of it. One of my friends had this issue, he said to just restart the console and pull the game out for a minute or so.

worked fine yesterday and light problems day before. today i can’t get into any games

Yeah i’m thinking that it’s an aftermath from all the hacking thats gone on. Wasn’t sure whether I had any additional problems and that’s why it was happening! Cheers fellas.

Been getting this as well. I find a match, its about to start, and right when you get to the loading screen for the map, it just kicks me out. Every match does it do this.

And it’s most definitely not on MY side that is causing it.

Is your NAT set to open? It may be flicking between a moderate/strict NAT which is why thats happening…

So, has anyone else had luck with these connections? I’ve been having the same problem for a few days now, but previously didn’t have any issue…

Try a hard shutdown.

Alright, how is someone supposed to do that?

When you turn off the xbox, make sure you pull the power chord out of the back so it doesn’t maintain your last game position

or could Quit game then press power button on console for about 10 seconds , power light on console will go off and you should hear a click > this indicate a hard shutdown.
sure console’s Power Mode needs to be set to “Instant‐On” for this to work.

To Quit when in Game
Press controller Xbox button
Press Menu button then select Quit Option

stopped pulling out power cord because maybe thats how i corrupted the game and got the freezing,
didnt wait for console’s blinking light to go off

Shortly after writing this, I hard-wired my xbox to my router (this basically means running an ethernet cable from your router to your xbox). It improved my connection tenfold & I no longer lose connection/get drop outs/lags/etc. The matchmaking still has bugs, but its a lot better. Could try that? Hard shut downs are good resets but, the signal interruptions are still going to persist once you power your xbox back up. Try that if its acheiveable & opening your NAT port (theres plenty of tutorials online)

Hope this helps!
