Cant connect to Multiplayer Games!

I have “RELAYS” turned off and just the north American cities only. All other “countries” turned off.
Siting in the lobby for 15mins still cannot connect.

I have no problems with Unreal Tournament, Battlefield 4 or COD Modern Warfare.
Note:
I had a friend invite me to his lobby and was able to get into a game.

Is there a fix for this?

I’d start by enabling as many server areas as possible. Which playlists are you searching in? Ranked or Social?
