I have an issue to connect to the lobby-service from Halo 5: Guardians. I can only play the Campaign, but if I want to play Customs, Forge or Multiplayer it doesn’t work at all. It only says " It couldn’t establish a connection to the Lobby-Service from Halo 5: Guardians " and that comes after a couple of seconds when I try to connect. I have this since a week now and i thought it would be fixed somehow. My NAT is Open and i don’t have any problems with the Internet at home or with other games it’s only Halo 5… this kinda sucks I hope you can help me asap.
I even reinstalled the game and it still didn’t work…

I’ve been having the same problem since the start of the February season. Game worked near flawlessly before that. Now I can’t even get one game of Arena. I’m about ready to go trade in my copy. Haven’t seen anything on the forums to suggest they’re even looking in to it.
Have you tried signing out of your Xbox live account? And waiting for halo 5 to load your data around 1-4 minutes. Sounds crazy believe me had the issue where it says unable to get req service, booted randomly from games, unable to find matches. It worked for me to find games/being able to use my req cards in warzone but I’m still having a slight issue with being booted from games penalizing me with the word DNF on some of my games.
Why can’t I just play it’s always saying retrieving data then when it does load it says CONNECTION LOST PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER
