Can't connect to Halo 5 servers, help 343

for some reason I can no longer go into matchmaking or join my friends on Halo 5. Every time I try Halo 5 stops me and says it can’t connect to the lobby service.

Try hard resetting your Xbox and see if you are able to start games after that
