I start my game and it says I can’t recover my saved data and to continue I have to play offline. I checked all my services and they’re up and running along with all the Xbox live services. I can’t join the halo 5 multiplayer lobby either just says connecting to lobby till it fails.
I’m from México and i have the same problem. My connection it’s ok, and i know my friends haven’t this problem. Technical support only give me as a solution to reset my xbox one, but this only works for a few minutes. Later the problem turns back. Can anybody give us a really solution???
I’m getting the saved data thing with every game at the moment (and even apps like YouTube), but all of my multiplayer games work except Halo 5.

Same thing happened to me… I turned the console off and when I restarted the problem was resolved BUT my K/D and stats of that nature had all changed 
Me too, it doesn’t seem to be affecting everyone as friends in my friends list were playing whilst I cannot play anything except solo campaign. I do not think it is a Halo only problem as none of my data is synching for any game. I feel the reason we cannot play Halo 5 is due to the dedicated servers that it won’t let us access as it won’t synch our data. I have reported this to Xbox Preview Program team. Really hope this is fixed soon as I really want to play ={

Just happened to me.
Yes, I tried the reset. Yes my connection is good. Yes all other apps and games seem to connect and work just fine.
Happened to me while playing solo campaign (the breaking).
When game DOES load from the lobby, I am booted back to the home screen. GLITCH!
