Is anyone having problems connecting to the Halo 5 servers? I haven’t been able to connect for 2 days.

Yes I had this problem today. I played most the day and got off. I returned to play and could not connect to the servers. This went on all evening with everything I tried not working. Someone mentioned I hard reset by holding down my console xbox1 button for 5secs tell it turns off. After I powered back up wam bam thank u mam we are a go!
I have the same problem at the beginning it was working then not now mayby since 5 Days i can not playonline or connect to lobby sevice

Contact xbox support, such as online chat, they helped me
some how the chat is not working i tried this but i can not enter my name for example in the required fields it dosent work on xbox and pc
