Can't connect to any match in MCC (Xbox)

Hi Everyone!

I have been facing issues with Halo MCC lately.
I havent been able to connect to a single match in months! My connection is fine, My NAT is open. Halo 5 works fine but not MCC.
I live in Dubai, UAE and normally would connect to European based servers cause that’s works the best for any multiplayer game. We are used to playing on 110-120 Ping on a normal basis. Whenever I search for a match, be it in Ranked or Social I can never connect to a game. The most it does for me is connect me to a lobby and then kicks me out.

If anyone is facing this please do let me know, specially if someone is based out of GCC please do let me know how do you get yourself connect to matches on MCC.

I live on France and it is hard to find a game on certain playlist on Halo 3. When I find one it’s most of the time on east american server which is not optimal for playing. The european server is very rare this days.
