Can't connect a Guest in Reach!

Hello everyone.
My Problem is that everytime i try to connect a guest (obviously with a second controller) my Xbox 360 automaticaly put me (and the guest) offline saying that i have a problem with the connection.

Everytime i try to re-connect with my first profile, it works perfectly.

Can you guys help me please?

EDIT: Oh i forgot to mention that this is the first time that this happens to me, i know perfectly well how to connect a guest.

This has been a common problem with many other players lately. I would imagine its a server problem.

It is a problem with the current beta dashboard, you’ll have to wait for a fix.
