Bought the xbox with halo download included. I installed it and went on to play custom maps but I can’t choose any map other than the first one. It just won’t let me scroll through the options(on halo 1-4). It does the same for mission selection, game types, customizing my look etc. Basically anything that would give me any choice I can’t do it. Would a physical copy make a difference?
Reinstalled,hard restart, cleared cache. Still nothing works

This is a strange issue. Have you tried actually playing a Custom Game on the map that you can select (making sure that all controls are working), and then seeing if anything changes? Maybe certain controller inputs aren’t being detected. Have you tried using the D-pad for scrolling through options, instead of the analog stick?
I had a wired controller I tried and it worked. So right now in going through the stages of testing if the wireless needs replaced. So you were on the right track
