I am unable to check my game history for MCC here on waypoint. It will only bring up the first page, and then gives me an error if I try going back to the previous page. If I try looking up someone else’s service record, it just forever searches for it, but never actually loads it

Mine works, I just loaded it. Is it an internet issue?

But when you’re in the game history screen did you try using the search bars to search for someone else’s gamer tag? I can get to the initial game history screen, but if I try searching for someone else’s gt it just eternally has the loading circle. And if I try going back any further than the first page of game history it goes to the ‘problem detected’ waypoint screen.
Have tried both on PC and mobile, using both home internet over wifi and data

Good call. Definitely an issue. Put in a request to have this topic moved to Halo Waypoint Help, hopefully we can get it addressed there.

I havent really posted in the support forums too much, so how would I do that?

I already helped you out by doing it myself, but just “report” (no, reporting isn’t always a bad thing) your original post, and say “posted in wrong forum section”.

Ah, makes sense. Do problems like these actually get addressed or do they just end up falling by the wayside?

They definitely get addressed, it’s just typically not as fast as you’d like it haha. There will probably be a ticket created for it or something, sorted by time and importance and ease of fix. I’d say it gets solved by month’s end.
