Can't buy weapon skins from Canada

I hate this game. I want to buy the new weapon skins (eg, clg and optic), but I can’t because I live in Canada and there are only States as options. Seriously 343 WTF? Like everyone on XBL is from the states. I’m pissed

Make them so you can buy them from halo 5 online.

Not sure if this would work, or is even with the trouble. If you bought a gift card, then used that card to credit your xbl account would that work?

That’s not a bad idea, Matador, thank you for replying. My wife figured it out though, it only took her an hour. We had to go to a Microsoft website to put in we’re from Canada, and luckily the provinces showed up on the list. It was the most user unfriendly thing I’ve ever experienced. Crazy. There’s nowhere to select your country when you’re trying to purchase the req packs.

by chance do you know where to go on the microsoft website because I’ve been looking for a while now and I’m at a loss.

I cant figure out a way to buy these damn things in Canada… So ridiculous. why are they making it hard for us to spend our money?

They still havent fixed this dont now why im surprised. wetn to that page and changed my info but now it only tells me to add another states address at checkout. Help

If you’re buying from Xbox.com, make sure that the region set on the site matches your own. Sometimes it defaults to en-us for me instead of en-gb. Bottom left of the page there should be a language selection button, click that, choose your region and then when you go to buy the pack it should then direct you to the correct store. If it doesn’t, that’s probably something your would need to reach out to XBL support for help with

Although it was not the skins, it was XBOX live. I had this same issue, spent three weeks on and off the phone/email, trying to prove that I purchased it here in Canada not England. Had to send them a copy of the receipt to prove it. Was not a fun experience at all.
