since halo 5 released i wanted to buy the Warzone REQ Bundle but dint have the cash at the time, 2 weeks passed i had the money wanted to buy but was gone i looked up in my downloads was not there as time passed i left it alone and then came along the vehicle REQ pack released i got it and it worked and now with the Arena REQ Bundle i wanted to buy that because i missed out on getting the Warzone REQ Bundle but again could not buy it. I am trying to spend my money and its not tacking it, help me get my Warzone and Arena REQ Bundles thanks.

no nothing like that i go to buy it and it says its installed but i never bought it or put money tword it and not getting the REQs ither
Have you tried buying it on xbox.com on your computer? Not sure if that helps. I know bestbuy and gamestop were selling Warzone bundles early on, but not sure if they still are in store (I bet you could try their online stores or even Amazon to get the code).
If it stays you ‘installed’ it just find it on your xbox and delete it and try to buy/download it again. Hope this helps
Mine also just keeps saying I’m not eligible for that offer, card is up to date and plenty of money in my account so I don’t see an issue on my end…
