Cant bookmark maps

From website I cant bookmark player created maps only got it working once. It always says this to me: XBOX LIVE SIGN-IN REQUIRED
ACCESS DENIED
Please sign in to your Xbox gamertag to view this page.

How do I sign in I click on forum it shows me signed in and things I go back to try to bookmark it says same thing.
How do you sign in to where you can bookmark on WEBSITE?

On website:

Desktop browser - look in the top right corner and click ‘SIGN IN’
Mobile browser - top right corner there’s an icon you tap on to bring up the sign in dialog

Once you’re actually signed in, you’ll see your user pic there
