i was so impatient to play halo reach on pc so i did everything to be abble to try it on the last flight, i receive an invitation but i can’t play it because “mcc program” isn’t available on hub insider please help me.
and when i try to go to the waypoint support it says me “access denied”
The access denied message means that you are not using the correct details to sign in, please check you are using the correct email - it’s the one you used to sign up to the Insider program

You need to make sure you are following the email instructions to the letter, you need more than the MCC insider app to play. Also make sure that you are logged onto the correct account. Does the account name in the email match the account name in the forums?
I am loged onto the right account i can screenshot but on the hub insider there’s no mcc

If the support website is giving you an Access Denied error, then that means you’re not using the correct login details or you don’t actually have an invitation for the flight. I know you said you are sure you are using the correct details, but you would 100% be able to see the support site if you were
That’s the problem, let me show u with the screen shots of the invitation and the account logged in for mcc program

To test this out I got access to the MS store version myself. As soon as I loaded up the Insider Hub it showed up for me, logged into the same account I’m sure now which is what I used for flighting. If you don’t see MCC in the Xbox Hub, I can all but guarantee that you’re not using the correct details or you don’t actually have an active invitation. There’s nothing more I can suggest if it’s not even showing in the hub.
