Can't access Req store through Waypoint

Ok,
So me and a few of my friends have noticed that the Req store for Halo 5 can not be accessed through Waypoint. We are thinking that it is just happening because of our poor connection. If anyone is having this problem and possibly know a solution join the discussion.
