I’ve been trying to play halo 5 online and it will not allow me to even access my Spartan customization. Halo is telling me I’m offline while my Xbox live is up and running. Any ideas? Also I have two promotional req packs that are stuck saying “installing” and they will not install and I can’t pause the installation or remove them. Could use some advice.
