Can't access my Reqs in-game for Warzone

I just have a loading wheel that says “retrieving data” and I cannot access my Reqs at a Req station. Gone 2 full warzone games using nothing but an AR and a Magnum…

I’ve had the same issue for several months. I also have a problem where it continuously says retrieving data after any arena or warzone match, can’t see stats, do not receive req or XP, and cannot close out of the screen. If I want to switch game modes at this point I have to go back home and quite Halo altogether. Not being able to access Reqs in Warzone happens every game and has been happening for several months for many players… 343i said they are aware of the issue and it has taken months for them to say just that, then do nothing… I can stand playing about 2 arena matches then get frustrated and quit. Not stoked on this game or the support 343 shows!

It is a connectivity bug to the servers that happens sometimes, you can access multiplayer but it will not pull up your REQs.

I would suggest checking your routers NAT type to see if that could be causing a problem in communications with your Xbox and the Servers.

I tried everything and no dice. Please help.

Every time that happens to me I hold the xbone power button until is shuts down, then start it back up. Works every time, but is a pain when you have to leave a ff,match cuz you can’t call in reqs.
