Hi all. I have run into a problem on steam MCC. I bought the game for 40 dollars and entered my xbox profile. I have all the halos including ODST and Reach on MCC for xbox. I thought It would transfer it over. Do I really have to rebuy EVERY single game? or is there something Im missing. I bought the MCC on xbox for 40 dollars as well and got all of the games other than ODST (Which I later purchased) and Reach (because it was not out yet). I get it on steam and all I get is reach? and they want me to rebuy everything as well? Just need some clarification.

You are alright man and you own all of the MCC games if you paid $40. ODST and H4 are not released yet so they will show up as unavailable until they are officially released. Go into your install settings also and make sure that all games campaign, multiplayer, and reach Firefight are checked off to include.

It says I do not own them… I checked my steam purchase history as well just to double check if I got the right one. I can not install them, I also am not sure what you mean by install settings and checking off. Where do I do that exactly? The game or steam? or my actual computer. If its the DLC tab it says I only have reach and a patch.

If I recall correctly in the settings menu under the network tab, there is an option to configure installed games towards the bottom of the section. Click on that and there should be checkboxes underneath a list of games that allows you to choose which elements of each game are installed. After checking everything off you should see a download start for the missing content.
*EDIT: I reread your post again. PC and Xbox MCC are separate from each other. You will need to pay for all titles again if you wish to play them on PC. They are $10 each individually or $40 for an all in one pack.

I must not be clicking the right thing because it is showing reach and thats it. When I go into the settings menu on steam there is no network tab/configure games… Is this in-game settings?

I bought the MCC on PC for 40$ I got the all in one pack. It is still saying I dont own them but when I go to install/purchase it says I own them already. I made my way to the tab to see and it says they are uninstalled.

It is an in-game setting within the MCC. From the main menu go to options and career > settings > gameplay tab > change installed games (towards the bottom of the gameplay menu, one option above credits)
There should then be a list of games within the MCC. Under the games there are checkboxes to select the different aspects of each game, whether you want them installed or not. Make sure all of these boxes are checked off. If content that was previously not installed is checked off in this menu, it will begin downloading after you confirm your changes.
