Can't Access Multiplayer

Hi there,

I’m having issues doing any sort of multiplayer or online feature of Halo 5. At the moment I’m stuck at the main menu whilst only being able to play Solo Campaign. Its been like this the last couple of days.

I am having issues loading the ‘Message of the Day’ too. My spartan has also been reset in that the appearance, emblem and all my REQs aren’t loading or aren’t there. I can’t access the Requisition store either as it just keeps trying to retrieve data.

Anyone got any clue as to why this has happened? Have I been banned or something?

Any idea how to fix this?

I am having the same problem, i dont know what to do, mine says fail to authorize this user and i only can play campaign

Hard reset xbox. unplug from wall and try again
