Recently, I have added a few things to my file share on Halo Reach. I have seen now that the Bungie Reach website has closed up and now the Waypoint website is the way to access your file share. Whenever I click on my File Share on Waypoint, it loads the page or HUD, and where I believe the files would be located, there is just a constant loading circle. I let it sit there for 2 hours and my File Share never loaded up. Is there any way to fix this? Please let me know.

Must be a server issue friend. Its not just user fileshares not working. Its the whole Online version of the fileshare not working.
I also have this issue where I can’t access any file shares, recent screenshots or the file browser on the haloreachstats.halowaypoint website. RIP Service record file share. Another good thing dies because of a pathetic mess-up by the one, the only, the idiots we call 343 industries. Fix this issue please 343 because this is just annoying.
Problem Since: 10/08/2016 I’m getting a error that I cannot access my halo way point, file share for Halo: Reach, this happened to me on 10/08/2016…I’ve seen it happened on: 10/21/2016. I can access my Halo 4 file share, on halowaypoint just fine. I have seen it’s also affecting Halo 5: Guardians as well? Please someone help me, and get this fixed. I need it fixed asap so I can change some of my stuff when I change my gamertag.
Confusion: Has then been happening since the 21st or just happened yesturday?

Response: This is the exact same thing I agree to. I don’t understand why, but 343, Bungie, or somebody has to do something. Or a lot of the Halo fans are NOT gonna be happy with not being able to connect or do certain things on the halowaypoint site. I can see where you’re coming from so don’t feel bad. But yeah, screenshots sometimes don’t like to load often. I don’t know why but it’s the way it is…I guess. By the way, I’m xDevilz Silence…how are you??? it’s nice to meet you.
Same issue, all the way up till a couple months ago (end of august) I have been taking and transferring screenshots to build my Halo Clan website… Just tried to “export” another photo and the loading circle never resolves…

Old Response: This is the exact same thing I agree to. I don’t understand why, but 343, Bungie, or somebody has to do something. New Response: Same here! Does anyone here know well it will be fixed? As anyone here told 343 Industries about this problem already or no? Also I do have some very very cool/neat screenshot pictures made by me. But they’re on my social media chats. If you want to see them type this in the google search to find me the quicker way. Type one of them in the google search, and you’ll see me pop up on the google search. And you’ll find me there. Hopefully. But not to get off topic about the posts here. But yeah I agree I think Bungie, Microsoft, or 343 Industries or SOMEBODY has to do something. I hope this issue gets fixed before 2017 or before Christmas, it’ll be a dream come true to many people around the world.

Response: Well to be honest, I don’t know if 343 Industries can even handle it of keeping up with tabs and updates to fix all these errors at once. I can see that it’s too much at one time, but…it should’ve been fixed by now. But in yet, there’s still anger and frusteration. Could it be they’re doing Maintenance?

Yea I knw they have to keep up with a lot like Halo Wars 2 and Halo 5’s updates. But this should be a small server issue becuase everything works but the file share. There are some old great photos that I want to download that only Halo Waypoint has access to. Like this has been going on for like a year, like come on!

Response: To be honest, I think that 343 should just be fired but…I’m not being rude but, they need to do something because a lot of players are angry about this issue, and frusteration and other things. I am doing it because I am a halo photographer and I love taking pictures and re-transforming them and for other people to put on their fileshare. I have lost 2 weeks building a forerunner map on Reach, and when I tried to up it to my File Share, I got the same problem… 343 FIX REACH FILESHARE NOW!!!
