Can't Access Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn LE

I bought the limited edition of Halo 4, redeemed my code and downloaded whatever it is that it downloads on your 360. I still can’t access the Halo 4 Intel: Forward Unto Dawn section of Halo Waypoint though…

Is this a glitch? Can it only be accessed via the Xbox app for Waypoint? If so, why even have the section on the website as well?

Watch it on your XBOX first then try on your PC as this links your Halo Waypoint profile to your XBOX account (or so I’ve been told).
