Can't access campaign at all

Recently got internet back after it was cut out in the middle of a download. Now that it’s back on, got Halo MCC re-downloaded and ready to play campaign (single player). Realized that with the new update i needed to specifically download each campaign as only multiplayer downloaded automatically. Got them downloaded but it still won’t give me the option to play campaign at all.

On the main menu I’m only getting the options for multiplayer and options & career.

Internet connection is working fine (even though that didn’t matter back before the new update).
My Xbox is set to my home xbox.
My gold is good until July.
Any way to get this fixed so I can play the games I’ve already paid for AND pay for gold to play??

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Same thing is happening to me I reinstalled the game and downloaded all the campaigns in the new update and every thing is done and when I tried to play it says the same thing over and over again

I only have access to Reach content, cannot access any other campaign. Tried repairing, uninstalling, and reinstalling the game, but no luck.

When I first installed the game it worked perfectly fine👌but then I deleted it. When I reinstalled it it won’t let me play any campaign keeps telling missing content when everything is installed.
