First, I live in Japan where my Xbox is located and I am using Allied Telesis for an ISP. I pre-ordered Halo 5 and installed it on Day one and since then, I can ONLY access multiplayer games when I am on a Fireteam with a friend who is in the United States and he hosts the matches. Without this connection, I have been unable to connect to any multiplayer games, either Arena or Warzone. The error I get after trying to connect to a game is, “UNABLE TO MATCH There may not be enough players to support a game in this playlist., Please try a different playlist.” (Which, I find it very difficult to believe there aren’t enough people wanting to play Warzone!) I have seen comments outside halowaypoint.com that reference ISPs blocking access but want to post the message here to have Microsoft answer the question, “Why are international users unable to access multiplayer matches?”
Also note: I have no difficulties with any other game (Halo Master Chief, Halo 4, Titanfall, Call of Duty, etc)
