Nice to see ben get an entry. That said I always feel like his voice doesn’t fit the art. Not that the voice is bad at all, and I don’t think a voice that’d fit that sort of…hard face would be engaging to listen to.
Yay! Canon fodder! I really really am enjoying Hunt the Truth. It’s been phenomenal.
I also liked Saint’s testimony a lot. I hope we get a lot of goodies in 2016! I almost said 2006.
Articles on Petra and Giraud, nice to have articles on them.
Also nice to know Tanaka’s age. I was wondering about that and nice to see her article. Tanaka is my go-to for Osiris. Linda for blue team.

It’s catching me off guard seeing Spartans that are my age. Definitely not used to that. Well, I guess there were always the baby-faced SIIIs, but that was more hush hush.

Hey Grim, I just noticed that some information in Petra’s article is wrong. In the Related Experiences under Comics it says Halo: FIRST STRIKE. Shouldn’t it say Halo: ESCALATION?

The average Spartan 4 is 6’9-7’1. Tanaka is two inches off.

Nope, in the re-release of the original Halo novels they had additional content, like a short story or some in-universe documents, at the very end of the book to bring them into the modern lore. Petra was introduced in First Strike’s 2010 edition.
So, uh, in what way did Tanaka save the ODSTs lives during that mission they were on? All she did was grab at an ODST while he was falling, which caused her to fall as well, and shot two jackals. And it’s not like either one she shot was taking aim at one of the ODSTs or anything like that.
Slight error in the “RELATED EXPERIENCES” section of Petra’s article.
It lists First Strike as a comic when its a book, and doesn’t even mention Escalation.

Yeah but its still not a comic.
Anyone know if this image of Ben Giraud is legit? They’re using it on Halopedia but I can’t find a source. If it’s official then it maybe it should go on his universe page, along with the graphic novel depiction.

So is the red energy blade used by jackals in Halo Helljumper also canon?
