Exactly as the title says. Kicks back out of the app
Can you tell me what device you are trying to watch on, including the Android OS version?
Also: if you are running Androind 4.4, but do not have Chrome installed, please try installing that as well…
I think I’m missing chrome. I’ll try that.
Installed Chrome. No luck. I’ll try on an android emulator to see if theres any difference.
Let me know if it works there… we tested against a fairly wide set of equipment on Android, and found that most of the Android 4.4.3+ devices worked correctly… however, in devices that fell back to the default browser instead of Chrome, there were potentially issues, due to the limited functionality of the default browser. Once we installed Chrome and forced it to be the primary, we generally had improved performance. Unfortunately, with the huge number of devices out there, we can’t test against everything, and while we clearly made the effort to test starting at 4.4.3+, we expect there will be some devices that simply won’t play nice.
(Imagine having a desk with about 15 random Android phones, 11+ tablets and trying to find the one device you need for a specific test… welcome to the last few months for me… Installing new builds was sometimes a very long morning task! )
We recently removed the ads that played before some of the videos, which seems to have alleviated some of the problems that some Android devices were having. Has this had an impact on your issue by chance?
