cannot use the xbox app

Ever time I try to use the Halo Waypoint app on xbox, after about 30 seconds I get the message “The Halo Waypoint server is not available at this time. Please try again later.”
I have been getting this message for 2 months now. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and everything, but it simply won’t work. Am I alone on this? Please help :S

I get a service error msg, so I use my computer to go to Waypoint and I have cleared the app out and re-installed a couple of times to no avail =(

I think they need more time to work everything out, welcome to Waypoint =)
