I would really like to be able to get in touch with 343 Industries and I guess this is the only way to do so. I am having a problem trying to upload files on my file share due to my gamertag not being acceptable. It comes up with an error message “Name is blocked : The name of the creator of this file is not allowed on Xbox Live”. It really disappointing because I cannot share anything with my friends. I have had my gamertag (S1R sHaRTs aLoT) for over three years and never had Microsoft tell me that it was inappropriate and that I had to change it, so how is it not allowed on Xbox Live if MICROSOFT themselves are not telling me to change it? Clearly it is acceptable on Xbox Live because I have had it for three years without any issues. I really would appreciate it if 343 Industries could allow me to be able to post things on my file share. Thanks.
P.S. Is anyone else having the same problem? If so, are you as frustrated and disappointed as I am?
