I saw a few other threads that sounded similar to my issue, but to be honest, I could not understand what those other users were saying, so here is a (possibly) new thread about it.
I have found all the terminals in Halo Anniversary. When I try to input the codes into Waypoint, it says I have to find them in-game first, which I already have.
I have tried the 360 app launched from the home screen, and launched from the Halo: CEA main menu. I have tried the web app as well.
I have a 2G Xbox 360 without a hard drive. Its the latest slim model, I got it from Walmart for $100 last Black Friday, if that matters (I’ve heard Black Friday models are sometimes different). One user in another thread mentioned that this feature is hard-drive required, is that true?
I also changed my character’s helmet in the Reach multi player thing that comes with Halo: CEA and it does not show up in my waypoint profile.
Same here. Had done most of the terminals ages ago and they all unlocked fine, did the last two this week after forgetting I hadn’t done them but they won’t unlock on waypoint.
Found them in game, took a photo of the code, they are viewable in Halo CE, but in waypoint when entering code it just say I still have to find them.
Searched for hours online but can’t find an answer that works.
This is a known issue. It appears to be caused by Waypoint’s refusal to sync Halo: CEA stats (other than achievements). I am notifying 343i to let them know about the issue.
I am having a similar issue with the waypoint code. I’m trying to input the code for Recruit but it says I need to earn the achievement in halo: spartan assault which I have. I’ve tried in both the Xbox 360 console and the waypoint website and neither have worked. also both locations show that I have earned that achievement. I am also having the same issue with the Prodigy code.

Hello WWIIBUFF157.
These achievement-based codes are only compatible with the Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 versions of Halo: Spartan Assault. To unlock the same content with the Xbox versions of Halo: Spartan Assault, you’ll need to use the Flying Colors code. Here’s a website with all the codes, as well as their requirements and the platforms each is compatible with. Click here to view the site
As a side note and something to keep in mind for the future, please make a new thread that pertains to your issue instead of posting in a thread that only partially relates or does not relate at all to the topic of the thread. It helps keep the forums more organized and allows us to help you more easily.
343, yes, its working great now! Thank you, and thank you so much for your speedy response time! (sorry I can’t say the same about my own response time, haha)
And while I have your attention, let me just say that the work your studio did for Halo Anniversary- amazing. I just started Halo 4, but I can honestly say its a masterpiece: the music, lighting, levels, cut scenes, game-play, story, EVERYTHING on that disc was crafted with the utmost quality and craftsmanship that I’ve ever seen in any game before! So again, thank you 343, I really appreciate the things you create!
343, I am currently having a similar problem. I entered the anniversary terminal codes before I unlocked all the terminals and I went back and watched them on way point. I have all the terminals on way point but for some reason it gave me no credits for reach.
