I know this is probably strewn across the forums, but I couldn’t find a contact number to call and explain my problem. I beat the halo 4 campaign, on legendary, by myself, and I didn’t get my armor. I got all of the achievments for it, but I noticed that in my challenges it says that I did not complete Reclaimer, Shutdown, or Composer on legendary, which is the obvious problem. This has to be a glitch, because I sat up for forever trying to beat this, and I have all of the achievments to prove it. If there is a way 343 can look at this and try to fix it please help me, because I really don’t want to redo those missions, and possibly have them glitch on me again. I’m willing to provide any information needed, as in gamertag, achievment list, etc.
If you went offline during a mission and continued it later it thinks it’s incomplete so you’ll have to redo that mission
In order to get the Legendary Commendations, which unlocks the armor and visor, you must complete each mission while connected to Xbox Live. If you finish any mission while not online, which it appears you must have for Reclaimer, Shutdown, and Composer, unfortunately the commendations and therefore the armor will not unlock.

wow i reckon they should have gone the halo 3 recon route check your achievements then click unlock Mk IV or something like that.
So wait, you’re telling me that even though I just beat the entire campaign on Legendary while offline, that I still can’t the visor?
