Cannot Unlock 15 Ops Missions Waypoint Code

I’ve completed more than 15 Spartan Ops missions, and it’s past the 20th. Did I miss something? Did they change the date?

They didnt change the date. you have to complete ep 1 2 and 3 on LEGENDARY. then the code will work

Are there different Raider Shoulders? I completed the first 3 on heroic/normal. I put in the code and was able to get them.

There’s a variant. The pattern is actually pretty nice looking. You get them for doing SO on Legendary. If you have three friends, you can do the first 15 missions in no time.
