Cannot talk to players in ranked 4vs4 playlist MCC

To 343 Industries,

For some strange reason after the major update from last season on MCC, I am unable to talk to my teammates when I match-up with them in ranked team slayer, 4vs4. Why is that? Can you fix this matter? Thank you.
