CANNOT START AFTER UPDATE

Havnt played halo in a while.have master chief collection.had to update to play but now that the update is complete I can’t get past the first start ibhave to press…once I start it just freezes.the music keeps playing but it does not load…i have reset console a few times,tries playing other games then start halo but nothing works…

Hello there dellovich,

There are two possible fixes for this.

  1. Go to “My Games and Apps” press start on the MCC, then press A on “Manage Game and Add-ons.” From there see if anything needs to be installed, if there is something, install it and this will likely fix your issue.

  2. If there isn’t, uninstall the MCC and all content for it, then reinstall it and all content for it. This has helped most people.
