Hey guys,
To make a long and extremely frustrating story short: I cannot login to my Xbox Live account on MCC PC because: I went home for the holidays; tripped a “suspicious activity” flag on my account for logging in on another IP address; am asked to verify my identity by sending a verification code to an alternate email address on my account – which I have no way of accessing anymore --; and so I cannot sign-in to my main account and must wait 30 damn days for Xbox Live to add a new alternate email account… (I called twice, I cannot resolve this issue or expedite this update process.)
SO in the meantime, I just want to make another account and sign-in and freaking play on my holiday. HOWEVER, I cannot seem to find a “sign-in to a different account” or “switch account” button without first logging into the main menu of reach – which I cannot do because my main account is locked.
Whenever I load up Reach on PC, it immediately auto-fills and tries to sign-in to my main account (which I cannot do, as explained above).
MY QUESTION: How do I just switch the account I want to sign-in to without having to login to the first account? – I cannot access the MCC main menu to logout because I cannot reach that screen. Whenever I launch MCC, it forces me to try and sign-in to my main account
Fixes I have already tried:
-Reinstalling Reach and the MCC
-Freaking reinstalling Steam
-Restarting my computer
Perhaps there is some cache folder in Steam that I cannot find ( and did not delete when I reinstalled Steam) which causes MCC PC to automatically try to login to my main account?
