Upon trying to enter this site as ‘Promethean_Zz’ I consistently get an error that directs me to the Xbox website. Here I am directed to enter my parent email.
If I enter the email, the page refreshes
If I click the home button, the page refreshes
If I click sign out, the page refreshes.
This is infuriating, I cannot watch the Halo 2 Vidoc because of this ridiculous error.
Sort it out.
This sounds like it’s more of an xbox / windows live account issue maybe?
If you go to https://login.live.com and try and log in with your details, does that work or does it error out?
If the page just keeps refreshing, you could maybe try clearing your cache / cookies or see if you can use another browser and replicate the issue.
Make sure your birthday in your Microsoft account is not set to make you under 18, then log into the parent account and remove yourself as a child.
