Cannot save game in multiplayer

I am new in console games.
Since last Thursday (5 days ago) I was able to play, and save the progress I’ve done, on the multiplayer. But from yesterday, my profile appears as “reseted” in a way (level 1, every customization I’ve made us lost) and I also cannot save my progress any more.
It is as a “malfunction” of my multiplayer profile.
Can anyone help me? Is there anyone having the same problem?

Just restart the game. Like close it then open it. Usually its a sync error
