I’m supposed to get two every week. They are not opening. They still appear, when clicked on, it takes me to a processing screen which says I already own them. Then it takes me back to the store. The pack never opens.
Are you in the “Store” or “Open Packs” tab?

Look in the “Open Packs” Tab. Any earned packs should be there.
