Many people are experiencing the same issues right now - 343/MS are aware of this. It’s most likely the amount of people that tried to update at the one time and clogged the pipes. Wait it out a little, try again every so often and it should come through. I had the same issue last night, tried every few minutes and after about 10 or 15 it started to download.
