cannot rank up

I have been playing since the game was released, and I am still rank 1, it is embarrassing me live, and prevents armour ect upgrades, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, then played again, and still no rank up

Are you playing the matchmaking modes? It looks like all of your time has been spent in Campaign and Customs. Your Spartan Rank only matters for the multiplayer matchmaking.

Are you perchance playing Halo 5 Forge on PC? If so character customization won’t be available to you, as you need to collect REQ Points to unlock customization, and you can only get that from playing matchmaking, which is not supported on Halo 5 Forge for PC.

He does have Warzone/Warzone Firefight achievements unlocked so I assume he as at least played that, but it still shows him with 0 matches of any kind completed. Not even a DNF is shown which is odd.

thanks for your help, but I cant play warzone, ranked arena or social arena, it just keeps saying COULD NOT FIND A SERVER THAT WAS SUITABLE FOR ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR FIRETEAM, after looking this up I found out it might be GEOGRAPHICAL, but the only time I can play warzone is if its in the custom browser which isn’t the real warzone, do you know why this would be happening PLEASE HELP

The reason I could not rank up was because my internet was crap but $6000 later I got good internet and now I can play the matchmaking.
