Cannot purchase the Adrenal Bundle

I have the Monarch coating, Zeta sky, and the Adrenal BR. So that means Im screwed to.

Why do they avoid responsibility? They donā€™t say anything in the emails about fixing it.
However if they were to fix it they could do maybe do any of these:

Check if the player owns every item in a bundle before blocking them from buying it

Sell shop items individually

Give everyone that has the promotion items already the rest of the adrenal bundle

Iā€™m kinda already annoyed that they put these promotion items in the shop. Also, even if they fix it we wont have the earliest acquire date.

You bought it just fine exactly because you donā€™t have any of the Monster promo items.

This obviously doesnā€™t affect people like you. lol

Logged in today and it is fixed. I can get the bundle now.

I was replying to Rambo because they said they had nothing from the Monster promo, but couldnā€™t buy it, so I bought it, and told them to try it from the app. Thatā€™s all.

I have the Adrenal Commando, and Iā€™m extremely pissed that I am not allowed the full set. Hopefully they fix it and give EVERYONE the FULL set for free and just put it in out inventories. itā€™s the least they can do for being stupid.

Ironically my first attempt at buying the bundle was from the app. So the App was glitched for me but Infinite itself was not.

Unfortunate that there was no disclaimer at all about not being able to purchase the bundle if you have one item in it. In my case I got the BR skin from the monster energy promotion and I bought the digital currency to get this bundle only to be told by the support that I cannot get the bundle, after the fact I just bought the currency. I feel like I was just robbed, and Iā€™ve been supporting this game and playing it since beta.

just reply to support, we all redeemed old one to support their promotion, this event isnt a good thing for fans offline , a fix shall be done

Iā€™m here cuz I also got the Phalanx nameplate on the promotion and I want to be able to obtain the other stuff, I donā€™t care if I have to pay. This is so lame from 343 if they dont come with a solution. This are the little details that gets people away from the game.
Halo Infinite has so much potential and the people managing the game are sucking really bad.

They wanted to piss off the people that actually cared about this stuff. Essentially biting the hand that feeds them. I/We used to care, however nobody cares anymore about infinite. Except the people who got themselves in this situation. You know the ones that think bob the builder is more manly than mark VII or some stupid thing like that.

Well hopefully theyā€™ll see our grievances and fix it. The more people voicing their grievances through support tickets and following up with comments in these forum posts and maybe comments over twitter on halo and support posts the more likely it is to be noticed and be fixed

Nah, itā€™s been radio silence from 343 like usual.

They are probably incapable of fixing it currently with how the shop system is with bundles as of now. My hope is they hear the feedback and bring the items back at a later date with a fix in mind.

What we really need though is a total rework of the shop layout.

For sure. They need the shop set where theres the normal store items, a section where you can get individual items from shop bundles, a lower price or ability to get bundles that you already have items from, and then there need to be a way in game to earn credits for the shop whether through battlepasses or through special challenges.

Biggest shop thing they need to currently fix though being this adrenal bundle so we can all get the items in it since a ton of us canā€™t get it.
