I cannot play online at all. Even when I click on co-op, it says “Error retrieving data center connection quality information. Please try again later.”. I have hard reset my xbox, reset my router, and tried multiple other things. My nat is open and my internet speed is good. This is only happening in halo 5. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I had a similar issue with a different game. It may be because of Xbox Live ending, which is annoying because it doesn’t give you a warning but keeps let you play split-screen online. Check if you have an Xbox Live subscription here under subscriptions: https://account.microsoft.com/.
