it was working until 2 days ago.
now it seems to be freezing right after the Xbox and 343 industries logos. I get a black screen every time with Halo:master chief collection flashing at bottom right.
i can see my cursor.
i have tried
verifying files through steam
deleted local row mcc folder
uninstalled H2A
nothing works.
i used to log out of my profile everyday before quitting the game so my sister can play on her profile ,we dont play halo for a few days and now its not opening
I had this once. Turned out, me clicking through the logos caused the crash. Have you tried letting the game load at its own pace? Once I did that, I could click through again just fine.

i have always let the game load itself because logos cannot be skipped

It can, but only about halfway through the second logo, usually. Basically, once the game loads in the background. 
Fair enough, was just a thought.
so i restarted my system twice then opened mcc and let it load
after 45 or 50 so minutes it started extremely low fps even on menu after signing in it was fine
