Hi. I pre ordered halo 5 last year. for the first few months of owning the game i did not play much due to work and family. Initially i had no problem connecting online and it found games quite quickly. In the last 2 or so months i have had only a handful of games as it continually says UNABLE TO MATCH on every single game mode. This really is appalling. I own every xbox console and every halo game since the very first and am bitterly disappointed in halo 5. I purchased the game wanting to be able to play online but this is not the case. My internet connection is fine and i have no problems with any other game online. I have no problems with any of my PS4 games online either. I just want this issue resolved as i am a huge halo fan but halo 5 is just rediculous. There is no problem with halo 4 on my 360 and connects every time. I feel robbed. If this issue cannot be resolved i want a full refund as this really is absolute crap. I am in Australia and someone mentioned it might be your servers and that we might be restricted to only Australian gamers instead of world wide. Why don’t you have a choice of which server gamers can connect to like titan fall or just have the world wide servers like on star wars battlefront. Star wars hasn’t missed a beat once.

I really would appreciate someone from 343 contacting me and explaining how this can be resolved and not just ignoring me. I forgot to mention that i contacted Microsoft and that they cleared my console of any issues. like i said earlier, when i first got the game you would be connected within 30 or so seconds. It was flawless.

Yes it does. So lets make some noise!! it use to work, now it doesnt, so fix it! Actually got connected a few times today and it was great. until it wouldnt connect again. I just dont understand and an explanation is needed. i hardly have time to play and when i do, i cant. Halo 4 on the 360 works well, so arent the servers very similar? i am no tech, but these game developers are suppose to be. Arent they? Anyway, everyone with this issue to please speak up and get something done about it. Without the little guys like us, there aint no big guys. . So 343, could someone please tell us you will resolve this and please contact me to explain why this is an ongoing issue, not just for me but for all the other suckers who paid for this game which doesnt seem to work very often.
Hi 343. I have tried 7 times now to connect to halo 5 online and still the problem continues. Can someone please have the decency to contact me? There is not much else for me to say. I purchased your game in good faith as i have purchased all your other games with intention of using online which you cleary state it can do yet 99% of the time i cant. I have been a good customer of yours for years so how about you do the right thing and give me an answer and fix the problem. Hang on, a new problem has arisen, now when i go into halo 5 it says PROFILE SYNC ERROR. This just keeps getting better and better. WTF!!!
Hi again 343. Can someone please tell me what is going on? After your latest update i have had a little more success but it still isnt good enough. What is the issue and why cant i connect? Like i said all my other games have no other issues online. Starwars is flawless. Titanfall works well also. I dont care who i play i just wanna be able to play online. A friend of mine in another part of my state is having the same issue and he is city based. PLESAE JUST FIX IT!
