Cannot play multiplayer

Hello,
I have an issue, when I am trying to play on multiplayer i can’t join…
I’m waiting waiting and waiting.

I would like to know if there is a bug on my connection ? or if I am Ban ? (which will be very strange because I’m not a big multiplayer player)

Mostly been hearing dead population at certain times. Might be off peak times. I’ve been complaining about these servers issues for a while. Seems like 343i haven’t fixed these issues, have been going on for about 2-3 weeks with no sign of a fix.
