Hello!
I purchased the Master Chief Collection, but have not been able to get the normal version to play, due to a pop-up error stating that “Easy Anti-Cheat installation folder has been encrypted”.
I have looked around for support on that, but nothing has really turned up. The game works with the MCC Anti-Cheat Disabled, so I can play campaigns and custom games with people in my party. However, I don’t have access to matchmaking, achievements, or seasonal cosmetics as a result.
I do have the MCC on Xbox, if that affects anything, which has both the ODST and Reach campaigns as well.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it twice, and it still does not work.
If anyone has an idea of what I could do, please let me know!
